Baerlocher GmbH strengthens its management

To consistently develop Baerlocher GmbH, one of the leading global manufacturers of additives for the plastics industry, as an operating company in a future-oriented manner and to optimally use the management capacities of the Baerlocher Group for the topics of the future, Dr. Thomas Doege has joined the management of Baerlocher GmbH since 1 February 2022.

In his previous professional positions, Dr. Doege gained extensive experience in the development and implementation of sales strategies in the chemical industry. Dr. Doege is characterized by his customer orientation and leadership skills, which he has already successfully demonstrated in various managerial positions.

Mr. Arne Schulle, CEO of the Baerlocher Group and spokesman and chair of the management board, will focus on the global development of the Baerlocher Group as well as on key topics relevant to the group such as "sustainability", "circular economy" and "digitization".

To this end, he hands over to Dr. Doege the operational areas of responsibility in Baerlocher GmbH that previously reported to him, namely: Production, the business units Special Additives as well as PVC and Human Resources.

The areas of responsibility of Dr. Bingel as commercial director of Baerlocher GmbH and CFO in the Baerlocher Group will remain unchanged.
