The in-depth knowledge of the economic-financial management and human resources of the Company has facilitated my introduction in the overall management of the Company and of the business, especially from a group perspective, since the liquid products prepared in Lodi are then also marketed by almost all the companies of the Group. A Company is a living entity, and the relationships between all the stakeholders that compose it, if well understood and coordinated, are the foundation of its success and business continuity.

P. Massa joined Baerlocher Italia in 2004 as Administration and Personnel Manager and in February 2021 also became its General Manager. Besides dealing with the many aspects related to both roles, since 2010 P. Massa has been member of the Baerlocher Italia Board of Directors and has subsequently also become a member of the Titanstuc San Marino Board.
