Baerlocher UK is member of the British Plastics Federation (BPF) Additives Group and the BPF Vinyls Group. The BPF Additives Group’s mission is to maintain a strong networking platform, to promote and enhance the plastics additives business throughout the UK to the plastics supply chain, from processor to specifier and to the final customer. The BPF Vinyl’s Group represents the UK PVC industry to Government, customers and media. PVC faces specific issues in the market place and so representatives from forward-thinking PVC producers, converters, additives suppliers and recyclers work together within this Group on a focussed programme of activity.

The Vinyls Group have launched two videos showing the benefits of PVC in Construction and in Sport. In construction, the video Making Savings with PVC covers the benefits and economic savings from the sustainable use of PVC Pipes, Cables, Windows and Flooring products while the video PVC in Sport shows the role of PVC in the London 2012 Olympics.
