Dr. Thomas Doege
Managing Director Baerlocher Germany GmbH & Co. KG
Dr. Doege joined the Baerlocher Group as Managing Director in 2022 and has since been responsible for steering its operational business. In this role, he oversees production, research and development, procurement, and human resources. Additionally, he is in charge of sales for additives for PVC as well as for other polymer- and non-polymer-based applications across Europe. Dr. Doege has gained extensive leadership experience in the chemical industry with a focus on growth strategies, complemented by strong academic qualifications in materials engineering, mineralogy, and general management.
