Research and Development

The Laboratories of Baerlocher Italia S.p.A. consist of three Divisions, independent from one another, ie.:

• Analysis Lab
• Synthesis Lab
• Technology & Applications Lab.

The most important activities carried out by Baerlocher Italia Labs are:

• R & D on additives for plastic materials
• Quality Control on raw materials, intermediate products and finished products
• Environmental analyses
• Customer service in terms of technical/applications and analytical support.

Our highly qualified staff and our state-of-the-art equipment allow to perform thorough investigations of all kinds as regards analyses and applications and enable us to provide a wide and complete range of services to our customers, such as :

• Aid in selecting and using the most effective additives, follow-up during set-up and scaling-up
• troubleshooting assistance
• availability to help in technical and analytical testing
• set-up of training courses about specific technical questions and staff training on the use of Lab equipment concerning analyses and applications.

Research and Development activities play out in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 Standards and are performed by researchers whose creativity and professional skills are largely witnessed by the leading position Baerlocher Italia retains in its market segment.
