The European Council of Vinyl Manufacturers (ECVM) represents the European PVC producers 
and is a division of PlasticsEurope, the association of plastics manufacturers in Europe. Its members include the 11 leading European PVC producers which together account for 98% of 
the PVC production within the EU15 countries (90% of EU25 production). As a member of the ECVM, Baerlocher supports its activities, especially the vinyl plus initiative, which is primarily driven by the ECVM.
