Sales office founded, based in Dorking, Surrey. Company name Barlocher UK Limited (no umlaut in the English alphabet).

1988

Customer facing team of industry
professionals established.

Sales Office established in Bury, Lancashire.

 

1994

Local Technical service Laboratory established in 1993.
Decision to set up local production taken at Kunstoffe 1994.

1997

New factory, warehouse, laboratory and offices opened at Moss Hall Road.

First Lead PVC Additive powder production in April 1997.

2000

 

Factory extension, first bulk raw material silos installed and compressed granule additive mixtures begin.

Company name changed in UK from Barlocher to Baerlocher.

 

2006

First production of Calcium Organic
stabilisers in 2006.

Mixing and granulation capacity tripled
to support growth in Calcium Organic
stabilisers in 2008.

2010

Bury site stops production of Pb stabilisers from October.

2012

Power upgrade and additional bulk
material silos installed.

2013

40th Anniversary of Baerlocher UK
